We’re Here to Help
Berkshire County Kids’ Place provides a safe homelike atmosphere for child abuse victims and their non-offending family members. We are here to help you recognize the signs of abuse, help children recover from the trauma they have experienced, and help non-offending parents or family members to support their children during the healing process.

In 2022, 7,346 children were served in Massachusetts by 12 Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs)—44% of those children were under 12 years old

1-in-4 girls and 1-in-6 boys will be sexually abused before age 18, but only 1-in-10 will tell

Studies reveal that more than 80% of children in therapeutic care show improvement in symptoms within 12 to 16 sessions
